Classic Milk Bar is ISM’s second in-house brand, located in Seongsu, Seoul. Built around traditionally blended milkshakes and high-quality freshly fried potatoes, the brand proposes a refined interpretation of familiar and nostalgic flavors. From brand concept to spatial planning and operation, ISM structured the experience beyond menu design, establishing a cohesive brand system.
